Complaints about a post

Use Grievance redressal instead. It goes to the named officer and runs on a defined timeline — 36 hours to acknowledge, 15 days to resolve.

Something wrong with a payment

Include the email address you paid with and roughly when you paid. That is enough for us to find the payment. Refund and cancellation rules are on the Refunds and cancellations page.

Never send card or UPI credentials. We do not need them and cannot see them — payment details go straight to our payment gateway and never reach our servers.

Your data

Requests to see, correct, export or delete your personal data go to the same address. See Privacy for what those cover and how long we take.
