Terms and conditions

In these terms “we” and “us” mean that operator, and “you” means the person paying for or submitting a post.

By paying for or submitting a post you accept these terms, our Content policy, our Refund and cancellation policy and our Privacy policy.

Who may use it

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. This service is not for children.
• You must be paying with a payment method you are authorised to use.
• You must not use the service in breach of any law that applies to you, wherever you are.

How placement works

Posts are ordered by the total amount paid for them, highest first. Where two posts have paid the same amount, the one that reached that amount later is placed higher. Ordering is entirely mechanical — no editorial judgement, no randomness, and no element of chance.

To move above another post you pay the difference between your total and theirs. Matching their total is enough, because the more recent payment is placed higher. Amounts you have already paid continue to count toward your total.

Placement is not guaranteed

A payment buys promotional spend, not a specific position. Anyone may pay more at any time and move above you. If someone does so while your payment is being processed, your payment is still credited to your total and your post is placed at whatever position that total earns.

Payment

• The amount shown is the amount charged. Nothing is added at checkout.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where a post is rejected by us (see Refunds).
• Minimum ₹10 per payment, and every amount is a whole multiple of ₹10.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹, INR).
• Prices are tax-inclusive. We are not currently registered for GST, so no tax is added at checkout and none is collected. If that changes, the price you see will still be the price you pay.
• One-off payments only. There is no subscription, no recurring mandate and no auto-renewal. You will never be charged again unless you choose to pay again.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us a licence to display it on the board and in related material for as long as it is placed. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to publish it.

Content must follow the Content policy. We may refuse, remove or hide any post that breaches it, or that we are required to act on by law.

Accounts

No account is needed to post. Signing in with the email you paid with lets you manage and add to your existing posts. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can manage your posts.

What you must not do

• Submit content that breaches our Content policy.
• Impersonate anyone, or post another person’s private information.
• Use the service to launder money, to test stolen payment credentials, or for any other financial crime.
• Attempt to obtain placement without paying for it — including interfering with our payment flow, replaying or forging payment confirmations, or exploiting a fault.
• Scrape, overload or attack the service, or attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been given.

We may remove a post, suspend access, or refuse future payments if you do any of these. Where a post is removed because it breached the rules, its payments are refunded per the Refund policy; where placement was obtained fraudulently, it is not.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the service for maintenance or in response to abuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Your responsibility for what you post

You are responsible for your own content. If a third party brings a claim against us because of something you posted, you agree to cover the costs and damages we reasonably incur as a result.

Things outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including payment-gateway or hosting outages, network failure, or action by a public authority.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. A change never applies retroactively to a payment already made — the terms in force when you paid are the terms that govern that payment.

If part of this is unenforceable

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
